                           Transaction in own shares

DMGT has today transferred out of treasury 340,813 A Ordinary Non-Voting shares
(A Shares) at a price of £9.660 in order to make an award of shares to match
obligations under the DMG Information subsidiary share option plan. The share
price was that at the close of business on Tuesday 25 March 2014.

Following this transfer, the total number of A Shares held in treasury is
19,956,381and the total number of A Shares in issue after deducting shares held
in treasury is 353,938,176.
