                           Transaction in own shares

DMGT has today transferred out of treasury 903 A Ordinary Non-Voting shares (A
Shares) at a price of £9.615 in order to make an award of shares to meet the
vesting of an award to a participant in the 2009 DMGT Long Term Incentive Plan.
The share price was that at the close of business on Friday 31 January 2014 in
accordance with the Plan Rules.

Following this transfer, the total number of A Shares held in treasury is
20,297,512 and the total number of A Shares in issue after deducting shares
held in treasury is 353,568,045.
