                           Transaction in own shares

DMGT (`the Company') announces that on 2 December 2013 it transferred 105,306 A
Ordinary Non-Voting Shares out of treasury to match obligations to provide
shares under its Executive Nil-Cost Option Scheme. The share price was £9.005,
being that at the close of business on Wednesday 27 November 2013.

Following this transfer the total number of A Ordinary Non-Voting shares held
in treasury is 20,307,648 and the total number of A Ordinary Non-Voting shares
in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 353,440,385.
