The Company has been informed by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the
Daily Mail and General Trust 2010 Share Incentive Plan, that it reinvested the
final dividend and acquired A Ordinary Non-Voting shares in the Company on
behalf of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, under
the Plan on 7 February 2014 at a price of £10.42 per share as follows:
