DMGT announces that, in accordance with paragraph DTR 3.1.3 of the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, it has been informed by the directors of Rothermere
Continuation Limited that they have pledged 3,311,658 A Ordinary Non-Voting
shares, which are held for the benefit of the Viscount Rothermere, as security.
The transaction took place on 20 December in Jersey.
